My aunt was the most wonderful person, professional and dignified, the staff that looked after her emanated the very same. They were kind, professional, welcoming and friendly to the very end. What amazing staff you have working for you, you should be so proud. We couldn’t have asked for more or better. Your facilities were perfect, modern and clean and in a perfect setting overlooking the river. Your front-of-house staff, welcoming and simply lovely, whatever time we arrived. For anyone with loved ones in care or on the journey, this was truly the perfect setting. You made everything seamless and comfortable, not just for my aunt but for my family as well.
