Clare is one of our Senior Nurses at Marine View Lodge, where she oversees clinical standards, care planning and medication management. She places a strong focus on leadership and teamwork to support staff development and resident quality of life.

Rebecca is our Administrator at Marine View Lodge and supports the smooth running of our home through effective administration, communication and compliance. She is dedicated to upholding high standards and enhancing resident well-being. She takes pride in building strong relationships with residents and their loved ones from the moment they move in.

Barbara is one of the Concierges at Marine View Lodge and is often the first friendly face residents, families and visitors meet. She also supports with enquiries, admissions, and day-to-day communication. She takes pride in creating a positive first impression and ensuring each person’s experience is handled with care and professionalism.

Kellie is the Head Housekeeper at Marine View Lodge and takes great pride in creating a clean, comfortable and homely environment for residents. She leads the housekeeping team and ensures high standards of hygiene while being mindful of residents’ dignity, routines and personal preferences.
