Rebecca is our Administrator at Marine View Lodge and supports the smooth running of our home through effective administration, communication and compliance. Bev is a professional and welcoming service Advisor who serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and professionals entering the home. She is known for her calm manner and helps create a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels respected and valued. Bev’s dedication and professionalism contribute significantly to a positive experience for residents and their loved ones.

Steve oversees all aspects of dining within the home, delivering nutritious, appetising meals tailored to residents’ individual needs. Passionate about quality and choice, he works closely with residents to shape menus that promote wellbeing while making mealtimes enjoyable and social.

Gill is passionate about creating a nurturing atmosphere where residents feel valued, comfortable, and truly at home. Gill takes the time to understand each person’s needs and preferences, ensuring care is always tailored and meaningful.

Clare is one of our Senior Nurses at Marine View Lodge, where she oversees clinical standards, care planning and medication management. She places a strong focus on leadership and teamwork to support staff development and resident quality of life.

Barbara is one of the Concierges at Marine View Lodge and is often the first friendly face residents, families and visitors meet. She also supports with enquiries, admissions, and day-to-day communication. She takes pride in creating a positive first impression and ensuring each person’s experience is handled with care and professionalism.

Kellie is the Head Housekeeper at Marine View Lodge and takes great pride in creating a clean, comfortable and homely environment for residents. She leads the housekeeping team and ensures high standards of hygiene while being mindful of residents’ dignity, routines and personal preferences.
